Over this bread that is! Tiny and moist, nutty and delicious, it's the perfect morning pick me up or afternoon munchie. Heck! Why not make it for dinner?!It be a perfect cold weather meal, served with jam or butter and a delicious fruit salad.Its fairly healthy too. With half whole wheat flour, you get the benefits of fiber, while the bananas pack a vitamin and mineral punch. Walnuts provide filling protein.

The best part is of course the perfect serving size (enough for 4 people when served with fruit). I get my banana bread fix without a huge loaf tempting me or going to waste. Its also low risk (such small amounts of ingredients) and super easy to boot.
I made two loaves in ultra mini loaf pans.
